Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in The MC System Group, LLC affiliate program. Submitting an application and accepting an affiliate link constitutes agreement to them.

1. Commission

Approved affiliates earn 25% of top line revenue on qualifying design and website services referred to The MC System Group, LLC. Top line revenue means the amount actually collected from the client for that service, excluding any taxes, printing costs paid to third parties, and refunds or chargebacks.

Qualifying services are website builds and print design work (door hangers, postcards, yard signs and business cards).

The lead generation partnership program is not covered by the standard 25% rate. That program pays The MC System an ongoing commission rather than a one-time fee, and referrals into it are agreed separately in writing before any commission is owed.

2. Attribution

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link and code. When a visitor arrives through that link, a referral code is stored in their browser for 60 days and is attached to any form they submit during that period.

Attribution is device and browser specific. A visitor who clicks on one device and later submits from another may not carry the code. A visitor who clears their browser storage will not carry the code. Where a referral code is not present on the submission, no commission is owed unless the referral is separately confirmed in writing before the sale.

Where two affiliates could claim the same client, the referral code present on the submitted form controls. Where no code is present, the earliest documented written introduction controls.

3. Payment

• Commission is earned when the client pays, not when a quote is issued or an invoice is sent.
• Payouts are made monthly, in the first week of the month, for amounts collected in the preceding month.
• A $50 minimum applies. Balances below that carry forward to the following month.
• Payouts are made by Zelle or by card, to the details supplied by the affiliate.
• Zelle payouts are sent for the full commission amount with no deduction.
• Card payouts carry a processing fee, and that fee is deducted from the payout. The MC System Group, LLC does not absorb card processing costs on affiliate payouts. The affiliate receives the commission amount less the fee charged by the payment processor at the time of payment.
• Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents or partners of The MC System Group, LLC, and are responsible for their own taxes. Affiliates paid $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked to complete a W-9 and will be issued a 1099.

4. Refunds and chargebacks

If a client is refunded, or a payment is charged back or otherwise reversed, any commission paid or payable on that sale is cancelled. Commission already paid is deducted from the next payout.

5. What is not permitted

• Self-referral. Affiliates may not refer themselves, a member of their household, or a business they own or control.
• Brand bidding. Affiliates may not bid on "The MC System", "MC System", or close variants in paid search, and may not use those terms in display URLs or ad copy.
• Misrepresentation. Affiliates may not quote prices, promise timelines, guarantee results, or state terms on behalf of The MC System Group, LLC. Send the prospect to us and we will handle it.
• Spam. Unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited SMS, comment spam, forum spam and automated messaging are prohibited. All promotion must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA and applicable platform rules.
• Impersonation. Affiliates may not present themselves as The MC System Group, LLC, or create sites, profiles or accounts that could be mistaken for it.
• Cookie stuffing or any method of setting the referral code without a genuine click by an interested visitor.
• Coupon, deal and cashback sites are not accepted into the program.

Any of the above voids commission on the affected referrals and may result in removal from the program.

6. Use of brand assets

Affiliates may use The MC System name and logo to promote the services described on this site, in unmodified form. Affiliates may not alter the logo, use it as their own brand identity, or register domains, business names or social handles containing "The MC System" or close variants.

7. Disclosure

Affiliates are required to disclose the relationship where the law or platform rules require it, including under the FTC endorsement guidelines. A plain statement such as "I earn a commission if you use my link" is sufficient.

8. Changes and termination

Either party may end the arrangement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Commission earned on sales collected before termination is still paid.

The MC System Group, LLC may change the commission rate or these terms with 30 days' notice to active affiliates. Referrals already in the 60-day attribution window at the time of a change are honored at the previous rate.

9. Liability

The MC System Group, LLC is not liable for lost commission resulting from browser settings, cleared storage, ad blockers, device switching, or any technical failure of the referral tracking. Affiliates who want certainty on a specific referral should confirm it in writing before the sale.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
